PPP won Sindh's elections on population of rural Sindh. They belonged to mostly poor people, living in villages. They have ample halal meat in their forms, don't worry about it. It is Lahore where people are eating pig meat. Like in India people eat flesh of dead people, dogs, donkeys and kawa bryani. Who knows you might be eating the same.
