I was gonna pray so I borrowed a friends jacket which had a picture of a horse acutally just the head of the horse (it was a pistons jacket) but someone told me to pray again cuz we are not suppose to pray with pictures of animals on us majorly confused
Interesting question. Never thought about it. Was it like a proper picture or more like a logo kinda thing that just gives the idea that its a horse?
If it was something like this.. than I'd be surprised why its deemed as a "picture". Its more like a design.

ANSWER:
It is not Haram but Makruh to have models in human or animal form as decorations. There is no harm in pictures or paintings of humans or animals.
In Namaz, to face such pictures or models is Makruh, unless they are covered. It is also Makruh to pray in a room with such a picture, even if you are not facing it, except if it is covered. see Islamic Laws, Agha Seestani, Masail 907.

^ theres no harm in pics? well some ppl beleive there is and I think I need to correct the person cuz these things are makru n not the conditions for the namaz to be accepted..
