Do you need to have a special add on to your bill in order to be able to receive picture messages? I have 400 texts monthly, but for some reason I can never download the pics I receive, and everytime I try to send a pic, it says unable to send. Anyone wanna help me out?

there are 2 kind of picture messeges ...
1) basic/old one .... like 2 hearts .. or something like tht ...
2) JPG or camera captured image .......... (the latest ones)
to send 2nd type of images ... u've to enable ur MMS from ur service provider
