Indeed he owns the whole complex. All sorts of people live around here...and this is new jersey (garden state) we got that name for a reason. No where close to ghetto. Across our lot is his custom made condo. It's not even a house and this guys down to earth... i'll post pics tommorow.
This guys so down to earth he'll talk to you for hours and you won't even know what he has or is...
He also a got a yellow hummer not the h2's, a mercedez, and a toyota.
