Finally the weather has turned good here so going to make most of it as it won’t last long. Planning a picnic over the weekend. Any suggestions for what to make and take with us please?

take along a bbq grill and do some live bbq at the picnic it would be amazing.
you can also take sandwiches, hunter beef, chicken roast, spaghetti/pasta, mini pies, brownies, fruit trifle.

How’s about: quiche, pasties, pasta salads, hard boiled eggs, traybakes. Simple stuff.

kabab sandwiches, channa chaat, fruit chaat, mini skewers with little cubes of chicken alternating with peppers and onions, aloo tikki. stuff that you can easily eat warmish or cold
