I want to know by admin how can i post a picture with my post i mean when i write a post or reply to a post i want to have a pic under my name how can i have it plz tell me

I think you mean an avatar?
On the left side of your screen, it should say 'Welcome, Zarvan Ali'.
Click on 'Settings' there.
When you click on 'Settings', a new page will open up. On the right side of the page, click 'Edit Avatar'. There you can select a picture.
edit-it should be right side of screen, left side of page. >.<

zarvan u need 1500 posts to upload the picture (avatar) you want.
