whats happening to the ticket prices pia rates have gone sky high £900 from uk to pakistan out of order bohat afsoo hora hai for ppl who want to to pak in these 2 months , its not just pia its other airlines to like emrites i really wana go but im not spending £900 :no:

What date are you travelling?thier prices are coming to £635 even in peak season..

prices in summer go up to begin with but yes 900 pounds is too high. if you mention your dates of travel here [or, PM me] and the destination in Pak, i may be able to find you cheaper fare.

haha abi sai confirm nai hai its that alot of ppl i know are going pakistan this month and next month woh muje batareh teh thats prices have gone sky high

You are right. Airlines in Pakistan have become a mafia and jacked up their prices on routes where they have monopolies. Even so called discount airlines like Airblue and Shaheen have gone rogue by using higher fuel prices as an excuse, even though oil prices dont justify the ticket costs. I travelled twice to Pakistan in the past 4 months, and ticket prices doubled in these 4 months.
Best is to use international airlines, and pay them the money. At least you will be getting better service, even though the flight may be a bit longer.

Didn't realise PIA was so expensive as when I priced it for when we were going in February it was working out at £430 from manchester or £545 from london to lahore.

We ended up going on Etihad n stopped off in Abu Dhabi for 3 days to have a real break. PIA have really bad service n their planes are a state. Their food is also indelible. N their flights r always delayed. I suppose the main reason people travel with them is that they go direct.
