We asked the agent and he said he can reserve a seat with open leg space for us, as for the baby cart, I think she is a bit big for it, we are planning on buying a light stroller for her for the journey, which I hope we can use on the open space in front of us.

I’d not recommend that. Sometime they simply don’t allow stroller on board no matter how light or compact it is.
