also, what if he used the first flight as a passenger to reach Lahore to proceed for Toronto as pilot? in that case there shd be no problem but if he was pilot in Islamabad to Lahore flight then who assigned him such role (duty) despite knowing he has to fly next morning to Toronto. that person should be responsible for that as well.
and by the way, this was not the first such incident of compromise on air safety as another pilot, Amir Hashmi, had been involved in such violation at least twice in the past.
