PIA has a toll free number for 24 hour domestic as well as international
reservations. Great service. Its in Urdu as well as in English.

The call center is located in Karachi. But you’d never guess that when
you call, the connection is great and so is the voice quality.

  • Not sure whether Canadians can use this number! can some one check in Canada!

'milaayay'?

Shouldn't it be 'Dabaayay'? Who has the rotary phones thesedays?. Everybody got the dialpad where you have to press, hence, dabaayay is appropriate.

I refuse to use PIA service until there’s an option to listen to it in Punjabi.
