Pakistani-Hindi Bhai Bhai should do so only after studying the two cultures closely. If we in Pakistan force people to have separate mosques just because they were born in a particular family (especially a lower caste family), or bar them from entering some "high and mighty" temple, then you may have a point. Otherwise please avoid making statements devoid of reality. We already have plenty of Islamists spewing hyperbole and venom.

His bag, along with hundreds of others from the flight, did not arrive in Bangalore. On February 24, on his way on to Dubai, he checked with British Air at the airport and was told the bag was arriving later that day. He requested that it be sent on to the permanent address, here in Silicon Valley. The bag has never been returned. He checked in Heathrow on the return and was treated discourteously by BA staff. Daily phone calls to BRitish Air baggage in the US have resulted in nothing. His office staff in Bangalore checked with British Air there and were told the bag had been sent to Heathrow. Complaints about the unresponsiveness of British Air baggage, sent to British Air Customer Service, have resulted in nothing. We have been told that the problem in Heathrow is so bad that they are auctioning off bags after 3 weeks. This problem has been going on with this airline for over a year and there is a class action suit against them in Federal court in Seattle over lost luggage. Do not fly British Air with a checked bag.
Heathrow is THE BUSIEST airport in the world. Even a minor problem is major there. It may not be airport management issue - client's error maybe causing that.

u r so funny man! true…i once flew Toronto-Delhi via Karachi and back via the same route and i started getting a crappy service but i’m smarter than the staff [lol]. i asked the girl who was serving us, her name was Samina, to bring a comment card. she gave it to me and i wrote a very nice review about her and i gave it back to her. she read it [outta curiosity or else she wud’ve been dead during the flight] and u won’t believe it…she was so nice to me…she wud ask me at 2 am if i wanted tea and i loved their tea [or the way she made it ;)]…but this trick didn’t work between Karachi N Delhi and i got similar service that u got…pepsi maangaa to paanii light kaha sugar Daal ke pee jaa! :** (
PIA may be in really bad shape due to many reasons but I don't know why everyone is complaining here about their service...... is it just fashionable to criticise PIA?
I recently travelled from London Heathrow to Islamabad and I must say that the aircraft looked very new and well-maintained from inside. It was a triple 7. Even the toilets were surprisingly clean. The staff were quite polite and helpful. The food was better than what they serve in BA. So I can't really complain...
