True but have you ever encountered some of the passengers on those flights? Literally no manners at all. I don’t blame the staff for having sour moods after interacting with them. In my experience, if you are nice to them, they’ll be nice to you but I agree that no matter what situation, their job is to remain composed and have basic etiquettes.
