What you think about new uniform. Will this help in improvement of PIA?

Although personally, I have never had a bad experience on PIA but from what I hear, better attitudes and new equipment will help out PIA, not new uniforms. I did like a few from this video though.

The airplanes haven’t been updated for a while, whereas companies like Emirates constantly update their planes even if it means, cramming the economy class even more

I don’t like emirates airlines. I prefer fly with PIA instead of emirates. It was perfect in the beginning but now ‘customer’ doesn’t mean to them nothing except the business and first class.

New planes cost money which PIA don't have.
Honestly 70% of their problems would be solved if they just repair/refurbish their planes and teach their staff some basic etiquettes.

True but have you ever encountered some of the passengers on those flights? Literally no manners at all. I don't blame the staff for having sour moods after interacting with them. In my experience, if you are nice to them, they'll be nice to you but I agree that no matter what situation, their job is to remain composed and have basic etiquettes.

I think the another airline 'shaheen' is nowadays not operative. Am i right?
