PIA Fares..Lahore to Islamabad..anyone?

anyone got any idea ? i wil be flying for the first time to islamabad from lahore so i was like why not check with you guys first :slight_smile:

The first question that comes to my mind: Why would you want to fly from Lahore to Islamabad? You'd be better off if you go by train or Daewoo Bus Service, as you'd just be travelling 4 hours anyway.

I don't know the exact current fare for the flight, but around 3 years ago it was 2100 Pak Rupees (one-way).

The fare for the Daewoo Bus Service would be around 400 Pak Rupees and the one for the train would also be in the Daewoo range (if you choose A/C class).

lol well i dont mind giong by train or bus hmm its just i have to be back in lahore the same day (sometthing very very important need to be done) hmmm i think it takes around 40+ mins to get to islamabad... so ya i have got no other option but to fly :)

iv neva travled frm lahore to islamabad bt travelled frm uk ta islamabad and yeh i had a good journey on pia, most pple dnt like it wen it jetz of and wen it landz becos of the noise and fel a bit dizy lol, bt wen it has reached a fet feet up in sky den u dnt realy feel the plane is moving lolz but yeah itz good :-)
