Why are PIA air hostess so feisty to passengers, do they not realise the only reason they got the job is because of us pps???

I dont know if u are aware of this, but that is all part of good customer service and also part of the air hostess job role!!

uniform se lagta hai ke kisi carpet ka piece bach gaya tha.. aur uska hi uniform ki jacker bana diya hai..

Its a shame that PIA do not recruit UK candidates because if they did I know for 100% PIA would be number1 in excellent cutomer service, even better than Emirates!!
