A very bad decision. If they don’t allow head scarf for female airhostesses, they should also make male pilots shave off their 19-inch beard. Why only the women?? Not fair. The whole god forsaken paki society (with impotent men making decisions) makes rules to marginalize women. Idiots. Or may be someone like our Mods/Admins is incharge of PIA: hey I will ban you from flying if you covered your head. Hey you, grow a beard or I will edit your moustache.

This one & other photographs u posted were taken when first 777 arrived in Pakistan. Its inauguration of that aircraft in Jan or Feb this year.
I dont think its the official uniform but never know.
As-salam o alaikum people, I'm a new guppy and i'm enjoyin most of the theads! Anyway about the PIA uniform issue, the current one doesn't do it for me....i travelled on PIA ages ago and then it was green and white, at least it looked better. I think they should bring back the dupatta it looks better, and stick to our national colour, GREEN!
