I think so too. I thought PIA service was pretty nice and the crew were courteous. Maybe people get poor service domestically or on certain routes. :hmmm:

not recently but i hear from other Guppies and Guppans on GS…i traveled a few years back to Karachi and on to Delhi and back. i’ve a long story to tell if you are interested. i got a very bad services which almost led to disaster and i almost had to buy a new ticket back to Canada if some angel from PIA didn’t help me. Kudos to that PIA manager.

I think hamary Pakis mein sabr khatam ho jata hy jab woh PIA pr safar kartain hain. Unko crew ki nahi bs kisi gene ki zaroorat hy jo just unki demand pori kr dy :smiley:
