Anyone knows where i can find them in the UK? :hmmm: .. or any other alternative for phyllo sheets :konfused:

Any supermarket sells them in the chilled and freezer section. They are called Filo Sheets. Find them in packs near the puff pasty.

All supermarkets stock them, you can either get frozen or chilled usually in the butter section or wherever the puff pasty is. The bits sound lovely - post the recipe and pics!

Nope..but i loves it :drool: I googled for it’s recipe once and everyone mentioned Philo pastry, that’s why I thought maybe :smiley:

I just found out today that filo sai baklava banti hai :eek: … and then I found out that all those crispy sweets (labanese sweets) are made of them as well :hayaa:…

I am gonna give it a shot some time , once i move to the new place … right now we are trying not to fill our freezer and cabinets with all the stuff … move ho kai , I will fill every cabinet with good stuff , like a true chef :devil:

Look for Jus roll filo pastry or in the freezer section at asda and you will find it. It's about £2.
