Re: Phulo ke gajre for mehndi<3

I've made these myself a lot and I find mini carnations are best. They are light, give a nice full effect, and have a nice variety of colors.

Re: Phulo ke gajre for mehndi<3

Yeah I made them - I wore an orange and green gharara on my mehndi, with a blood red border, and I found managed to find these beautiful orange roses with a blood red trim from Lidl of all places LOL, so we bought a few of those along with some white carnations, and I made the gajre myself with a needle and thread through the flowers. I bought some plain hooped earrings and looped a fresh rose bud through each of them, and used the remaining roses in my hair (plaitted). It cost us like, £10 or something? It only lasts for a day no need to spend £100s...

It looks so beautiful in the end, especially cus the roses matched EXACTLY with my dress. Wish I had pictures - let me see if I can find some for you!

Are these available to buy already made from Pak? As well as other flower jewellery for the mehndi?

Re: Phulo ke gajre for mehndi<3

^ yes, in Pakistan you can order them and buy them ready-made.

Re: Phulo ke gajre for mehndi<3

We made loads for my sister's mehndi to hand out to guests, made of carnations and small roses, we made a bigger one for the bride with fuller roses too. They're very easy to make, just use some decent string :)
