Re: phool gobhi ka saalan

Aleezay ,simply make bhuna ghosht and then add phol gobhi in it and if u like add some cubed potaotoes with ghobi too,but add double quantity og ginger in it as u add normally.
u can makes ghobi without meat also, heat oil and add sliced onions in it and little white cumin seeds ,when the onions are pink add garlic ,ginger paste in it fry for few min then add salt, red chillies powder, orriander powder and little heldi in it and fry for few min can add water to prevent from sticking at the bottom, now add cubed tomatoes in it and cook it until the tomatoes tender, then add ghobhi in it and fry for 2,3 min and then low the heat to lowerest and cover the pot if need add little water but keep in mind it dont take much time to cook i think 10 min without pressure.
in the end garnish with green mirch and corriender leaves, add garam masala .
this is the way how i makes .
