What does ‘phooka’ with reference to buffalo and cow’s milk mean?
Read that Mahatma Gandhi avoid consuming buaffalo and cow’s milk, because they were subject to phooka? It mentions that Gandhi ji consumed goat’s milk (which don’t require phooka? )

Does it not apply to goats?
