Do we control our ‘mind’ or ‘mind’ control us? What is the philosophy of ‘Mind’?

Re: Philosophy of Mind
Oky back to the topic.
While reading about philosophy of mind I came across the mind-body problem i.e. the relationship of the mind to the body. What I think both at some different level don’t agree with each other. For example: A person in public doing —>
but the mind didn’t ordered to do so and that is done by body itself, and the person is unaware of such act.
There could be many many example if we really see it deeply like sometime we keeps both our hands in upside down fingers mixed in each others position, on our forehead and feel kinda ‘relaxed’ but if we consider it that, that is happened unconsciously either controlled by body itself or by mind itself or else?
Re: Philosophy of Mind
How would you control your mind? You would need a mind to control your mind, don’t you?
See it’s complex. There are certains areas where you have to be controlled by your mind but important thing is not to be a slave of your mind. Open your mind and feel the pleasure of a free soul within the boundaries of beliefs.
In the process, you will learn to controll your mind through the mind that controls you ![]()
We do not want lassi of our mind ![]()
Re: Philosophy of Mind
Jinx! what about the 'mind-body problem'? see post# 4.
Re: Philosophy of Mind
I think it is still controlled by mind, subconcious mind it is.
It’s just that our concious mind does not register the act, but still all body movements are controlled through brain.
