yes if you have degree from uk university or you manage to satisfy selection com

i think in pakistan ba is two years and in the uk 3 years or in some cases 4 years

it all depends on individuals circumstances i have seen some cases people admitted to carry work on phd even without degree but they had lots of experience plus loads of published work
