so finally i cooked today after Successfully made BAINGEN ALOO 2 days ago

Mom will be proud of me and i missing her a lot

P.S. oh yah havnt taken dat risk to taste it … any Volunteer out there

i thought u were talking about green phaliyan tht my mommy sometimes put in daal..and i think they are called drum sticks in english..not sure though

i dont know if its green beans or wut …

anyway … i make masala ( fry Onion , add black pepper etc etc. )

then put PHALIYAAn and fried them unless they left oil

then add 2 cup of water on HALKI AANCH and let it cook after 30 mnts when all water dried … make roti and use it on TLK
