subjective I think.

Often, pewand refers to something not desireable... hence the muhaavra "Makhmal maiN TaaT kaa pewand"

but my explanation was sort of metaphoric... though I never stated what places...

yes, subjective.
that is true.

the adage is good. makes sense.
metaphoric offered. is off a whole lot off from the other subjective, but nonetheless a good perspective.
