I've only ever had fish, but they didn't have names. Always wanted a rabbit but my dad and bro have allergy problems so we never got any.

my nephew has 3 budgerigars and 2 cockateils…he doesn’t live at home so they are basically my responsibility. they are mine now! 
one of the cockateils sits on my shoulder while i am GS-ing for about an hour everyday. they love watching cockateil videos on youtube! they mimic their whistling thus ripping my eardrums

awwww u guys are so lucky to have pets like those, i never got chance. My mother does not like pets. Once i let a cat sneak in the house my mother said that if i dint made the cat leave the house, she will throw me out with the cat.
Another time i bought chicks i kept them secretly in the house successfully for 2 weeks then she came to know about them and she gave them away:(

I had a dog, black pointer, had it for 3 months. It was incredible experience.Now I have a pair of zebra finches and a canary.

I have a cat called KITTA.
Seven years now.
It's a he but we call it a she , coz he is soooo pretty and also coz when we got him we thought or rather the first vet we took him too said it was a she. That and we got him operated. So he is officially a She.
But kitta is NOT a friendly cat. She hates to be touched. Still scratches us after 7 years, has ruined our carpet / sofa etc etc and is well essentially a cat.
But we LOOOOOOOOOOOVE her. Such a joy !!!! Kittuudiiiiii
