Petition filed in Sindh High Court against Amir restoration in domestic cricket
**KARACHI: A petition has been filed in Sindh High Court seeking re-ban on Pakistani fast bowler Muhammad Amir over his role in spot fixing.
**It is pertinent to mention here that last week International Cricket Council( ICC) has allowed the cricketer to play domestic cricketer and lifted partial ban on him.
The petitioner pleaded that the cricketer who gave bad name to country could not be part of the cricket team.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and government of Pakistan have been made party in the case.
The petition also argued that corrupt officials of the PCB wanted to restore the cricketer paving way for their corruption.

Look at it this way.
If you put an ad for yourself in JANG/DAWN/GEO TV/ARY TV and many other TV Channels (including international media perhaps), it will cost you hundreds of thousands if not millions but by filling 5000Rs (???) highcourt petition, you can get your 2 min fame for cheap

Re: Petition filed in Sindh High Court against Amir restoration
I cant believe HIGHT COURT judges issued notices to PCB instead of tossing out the petition but then we also have a HIGH COURT CHIEF JUSTICE who is lawyer of a person who killed governor in daylight in front of 100s of people
Re: Petition filed in Sindh High Court against Amir restoration
In a country where only top most corrupt get to take top positions and convicted criminals become PMs and presidents, we have an idiot raising voice against an 18 year old who made a mistake but admitted his fault and served the punishment....WOW!!
