Since you didn’t answer my question, let me tell you what I would do. (GOd forbid that it happens to any women in teh world). I would straight away hang that person, if I do not get justice. So my brother, in our beloved Pakistan there is no justice! Cases of rape are coming one after another and our justice system is useless.

Doing justice is one thing…Going mad and hang any person that ur mother alleges has rtaped her is another.
Judicial system has some basic requirements other than harsh penalties. Forensic science, integrity of law enforcement are major requirements, that u have to make sure that, are there.
Stupid ppl like u think that cutting hands, and hanging ppl sould solve the problems. Another retarded person Zia ul Haq did try that. Nothing happened.

Case and point. Recently in the Frontier province, a husband and wife had an argument, in heat of argument the wife brought the Holy Quran as proof of her statement. Now according to the wife, her husband threw it or desecrated it. What happened next is quite common in Pakistan. The Man was charged with blasphemy and violating the Holy Qura.. Maulvi of his town gave the fatwa that he deserves to be killed because he is now murtid. Man fled for his life and hid in the mountains, unfortunately for him his escape did not last for long. He was found, stoned and then shot to death. Witnesses state that the accused was begging for forgiveness, but the frenzied crowd did not listen.
Tell me where in the Quran or Holy Prophet teachings do we kill someone for such an act if done in a fit of rage and then asked for forgiveness?
Thus, there has to be the rule of law, mob mentality cannot prevail otherwise we will have anarchy, mayhem and Rwanda's in our backyard.
There is no argueing with somebody's pain, but civil societies have to rely on a system of justice, there is no other alternative.

If I am speaking to you politely (no matter what the discussion), that does not mean that you can just go around calling people “Stupid people like you” Who the hell do you think you are. If somebody thinks differently that does not mean he/she is a “stupid”. Go to hell with your discussion and learn some manners first. and yes... I never said that using foresnic evidence is wrong. I am talking about the punishment. What may seem "barbaric" to you is what our religion teaches us which I am proud of. Even with the best techniques and "best" laws west has, which you are dying for, they still have the highest number of rapes. Maybe your conciensce is dead.
