turn out was 12% as per OP. but the question remains unanswered** why Peshaweris chose to stay at home**, after they have got won IK just 2 months back. The answer is probably PTI’s internal rifts, wrong candidate, but people from this constituency are also complaining about the rude behavior of PTI’s leadership. They have given their decision against all this mismanagement and taken for granted attitude. So PTI should learn and move on.

Its not a big issue at the end of the day. election main ek jeet ta hai, ek harta hai… haarne wala should consider the reasons behind defeat seriously and address the concerns of people (whether they are 1% or more than 50% without saying that its being exaggerated ).

Probably complacency.
