Majority of posters on this forum "earn few dollars" or "pounds" and may be liras or Euros. Pakistanis, Indians, BDeshis, Chinese, Koreans all have settled in the West to earn few dollars. Our Altaf Hussain, our BB, or Imran Khan all have lived in the West and earned dollars.
In this global environment, accusing someone for earning dollars is so 8th century thought.
FYI America is the biggest importer of Pakistani goods and services. I don't know how your dictionary was printed, but the biggest trading partner is never an enemy but a best phrend.

If Jihadis were doing this kind of stuff in Rasool Allah's pbuh time, they would have been put to sword in no time. It is clear from Rasool pbuh and Sahaba rah that anyone who rose up against the state was warned, then kicked out, and then killed while his women and boys were made slaves.
Islamic state never allowed 2-bit Mullahs to declare this jihad jihad. People who drum up Jihadi stuff these days are either mischievous, or gravely unfamiliar to the matter of Islamic jurisprudence. Nobody and I mean nobody is allowed to pick up sword against the "Sultan". You go to any Jumma Khutba and listen to the Arabic part (5 minute long) and every Imam is supposed to recite in Arabic "He who disparages or picks up sword against the sitting president (Man ahanus sultan), does so as if he disparaged or picked up sword against Allah (Ahanul Allah).
Early Islam handed out the exemplary punishment to anarchists, robbers, thieves, and tax cheats. However the toughest ones were left for anarchists and tax cheats. And here we have folks like you who are committing the same sin as anarchists and tax cheats.
Such folks should just thank God they are living in "enlightened" era, otherwise they would have gotten "the Islamic punishment" long time ago.
