Re: Personal trainers/Partners
I have been training for a while now at the gym. Normally I go there and do my own thing for about an hour and then go home. Recently I met a guy there and he helped me with some exercises that I wouldn't do by myself, because you need a partner for them because of the weights involved. Also he pushed me harder than I do when training alone. Just by having a guy shouting at you to do an extra two reps, does wonders.
My body was aching more than it normally does because of that bit extra intensity of training. So I am now arranging to train with him regularly.
Is it better to train with a partner or a personal trainer than just by yourself?
absolutely sir.. it is absolutely better to workout with a partner rather than alone... i workout with a couple of my buddies... and we all push each other more than their limits..and the next days...the muscles that we targeted are sore like hell...( most of the time ..although being sore is not an indication that u had a good workout )... this is not the case when i workout alone...with nobody with me... so having a partner is a good thing.. (not to mention its even better to have a partner who has the same goals as u do)..
i've also been working out for more than 4 years now..and alhamdolillah i achieve whatever i aim for... i've got the perfect bulk with perfect cuts. Alhamdolillah...im very satisfied with the way i look physically.... most of the people at gym come to me and ask me if i've used 'roids..and i feel good about myself knowing that people think that the body that i have achieved can only be achieved by using 'roids... :)
