Personal Trainer

I am looking into getting a personal trainer. I know the basics of losing weight, eating less, moving more but when it comes to exercise I just dont know if I am doing it right…
anyone has any experiences to share?

Well i should say that you can get personal trainer if ya need help as what to do. Sure go for it!. I suggest take one or two sessions with personal trainer. He will tell you all ins and outs of workout. Wish ya best..

I had the induction session yesterday...she told me a series of exercises to follow...and report back in a months time...will see how it goes...

i had a few sessions with one, and believe me they make you work!! i would never attempt to push myself as much as i did when i was the personal trainer, and it did show!

Yeah its the push I am after...I am trying to follow the program she designed for me but I go easy on myself when the hard bit comes...I think that where a personal trainer can come in handy..

I had a personal trainer for a year, and she really whipped me into shape. If she had just showed me the exercise and then told me to do it for a year and come back, I would be in the same position as before, because I wouldnt push myself to the limit. Even when I thought i was done, and I was going to drop out of exhaustion, she would keep pushing me. And that is what is going to give you results.

Unfortunately, after I stopped seeing her, my results slowly went away as well. I really wish I had kept up with it though.
