As in to support job applications.
Specifically to teaching.
Iv tried google, but I havnt found anything worth reading.
I just need some usful hints and tips of how to begin.
Oh and buzz words that are not long. Apparantly using long words are out. I need to be succinct but using professional terminology.

Thanks for the link, but truth be told, here in the UK, a personal statement isnt really related to a philosophy of teaching and what approaches one uses. It's more of a 'hire me because I can...', ' I am the best candidate for this job because...'
Obviously those two statements are at the very basic level, but im hoping you get what I mean.
