don't even think about talking to Aamir. You're likly to get a black eye or a fat lip (depends on yours and his physical health). From your post it seems you're serious about this girl and love her. If your intentions are honest send your parents to her house. This is the most noble thing to do. Your previous record can back fire and if Aamir (and surely he would) mentions this to his parents after he finds out you send a "rishta" it is very unlikly that the girl's parents would agree.
No parents would want their daughter to be with a guys who holds or held a bed reputation or flirts/flirted.
Odds are strictly against you.
