thanks Witch dr for presenting your perspective which is great.
also, it means in the context of this thread that mankind almost always remain empty handed, to discern the right time to be present and visible for the one-to-one transaction to take place.

personal narrative is that ascertaining can be off, and unexpected certainty can be always handy.

I don't know what "passing" an observation means. I may just let it pass or pass by it :--) But sure go ahead. Ascertaining is off and unexpected certainty won't be so unexpected any more.
