How much personal information do you share on GS with guppies or generally in profile? I bet its almost 50% less as to what you share on Zuckerberg’s site and other platforms.

I would like to know reasons different people have.

• **Are you generally uncomfortable sharing information online? (as in real life you also wont share much with a stranger)

• Do you trust privacy settings on other websites more as compared to gs?

• Do you treat all platforms equally or think there are more weirdo desis here as compared to other places?

• Any other reasons you can think of? (or actually dont wanna share that either :p)

It would have been interesting to make a poll out of it. hmmmmm

I do not know what harm it brings if personal datas are revealed(my personal opionion only).Many here are my friends and many know my Contact number.They know my name and a few of them are very close to me.There is no harm and there is no problem in that.Moreover there is nothing detremental in being honest and transparent.

I am registered with FB and Orkut but I never use them actively.
