I’m not sure if this can be categorized as a personal pet peeve but I have to wear long sleeves at all times or else I feel total weirdness. Salwar Kameez, regular top, dress whatever comes my way, short sleeves or sleeveless makes me feel disgusting. Even at work the IT group has to wear certain shirts so clients know who we are and they’re short sleeved so I have to wear a long sleeved shirt underneath it. People ask why and I don’t know how to explain it to them.
What about you all? Don’t make me feel like I’m the odd one out.
Mine is sort of similar but I can't wear three quarter sleeves.. I'm fine with full sleeves, sleeveless or cap sleeves but with three quarters I just feel self-conscious and a bit awkward..
There use to be a time when i would never wear anything but half sleeves even during winters but would top it up with a shawl. Then I slowly started with 3/4 and now im most comfy with them, not half not full.

I honestly don't get hot. It's close to 98 degrees here during the summer do I guess it's more because of sun protection. Because my skin burns more than normal people's skin. How skin reacts being near a really hot flame. I would rather protect my skin than think abt how hot I'm getting because I don't sweat as much as others do.
It's hard to explain to a bunch of guys that think of comfort first.
^ Why are people (bunch of guys)? even asking why or why don't you? Anyone is entitled to wear anything they like IMO
I burn really bad on my arms; that bad that it itches and I go by using a tube or 2 of polysporin every summer for the zakhams I endure from all the scratching; But I still wear whatever I feel like; our summers are very short and I like to enjoy the breeze at least on my arms.
I've grown to love long sleeves.....don't know why.
Some part of it is the burning of the skin....I'm like RG, my skin burns when exposed to the sun for long periods and then I end up with a rash. Dealing with that is much more tedious than I can tolerate so I just prefer long sleeves.
Sleeveless was always a no-no when I was growing up so that doesn't happen at all.
I do like 3/4 sleeves for shalwar kameez or some summer outfits when I know that I'm not going to be outside a whole lot.
Does anyone ever get those weird rashes during the summer when out in the sun too long? On their arms? I always do so I also end up trying to protect my arms regardless of what people might say.
Shouldn't tight jeans be pet peeves for everyone? I don't even know how girls fit into them. What if you have to run to bathroom in a hurry? :D

Ooh I hate fishnet clothing. But I love skinny jeans. I've got like a dozen pair. :(
I wear short sleeves when sleeping, otherwise I prefer longer sleeves in both Desi and western wear.

Foundation being lighter than skin, ott makeup, over-accessorizing....I do wonder at what point colored lenses need to be chucked...is it when you have kids...or are they like denim and never go out of style :/ That spandaxy material that some girls/women wear that really emphasizes an already huge, meaty butt...why?? Why must you put that out there? Who told you it would be a good idea? Sir Mix-a-lot? Sometimes less is more on the face. Other times more is better from the neck down.:(
