periods after taking the emergency pill?

so even whilst taking precuation with contraception, and using the emergency pill, periods are late. im 6 days late now, took a preg test, is negative thank god. took 2 tests both negative so why periods late…i have heard they can be late, but on the nhs website it says if more than 7 days late, consult doc, however im on day 6 and no sign on period. what ca it be…should i be worried…anyone else exp this?

Emergency pill? You meant morning-after pill?

ECP makes the regular cycle upset so don’t worry. you can consult your doctor too about it’s usage and after effects.

the morning after pill will throw 1-2 cycles off.

Just curious why you would take the Emergency pill if you were using other contraception.

but preg tests both negative. so happy days. xxx

but how come the NHS site says only 7 days late..not 1 or 2 cycles…any authenticty…/? thanku.

haha. try some parsley tea. and the ECP messes up period cycle.
