Who has the best recipe for Peri Peri Chicken?
I want to make this at home in our oven (we do not have a grill right now) and looking for a great recipe.
I have the Peri Peri hot sauce but need the actual marinade recipe…any tried and tested ones?
I can't remember exactly but I once made one with green and red chilies fresh oeel3d tomato and garlic tiny but of salt and sugar and white vinegar and I ground it to a paste all in a pestle and mortar with fresh herbs and leftbit overnight to marinate
It turned out nice but sorry can't remember the exact recipe
