I dont have an actual recipe....but I make peri bites that my family n friends love...

my recipe...
12 green chillies,washed and slit down one side.stuff with either mincemeat (keema), cheese,chicken mince,any leftovers will do..close and
season outer side with salt and red pepper, garlic paste,marinate in a little lemon juice or dash of vinegar ..
toss in flour,egg and then breadcrumb,,repeat for thick coating
deepfry,
garnish,serve and enjoy with family n friends!:)
