Then the reason is ' parents',not movies or dramas,
Parents can show them Islamic videos or some inspiring kids stories, why only star plus or movies?

Theres a vast difference between what we see on television in childhood. Some kids pick somethings up that they watch while others don't notice those same things.and now, if we talk about today then i don't think that changing the society or the dramas, the media can do much about it. I will give you an example for instance the morning shows these days have good guests invited over on their shows and they have good discussions going on but what do people notice and talk about is what dress Nadia Khan was wearing, what was Shaista's hairstyle and this is in and this is not an so forth. While what they spoke about in the whole show and what was the motive of the whole thing no ones even interested to know or talk about that.

do you think that Punjabi movies revolving around gandasa culture and American movies containing fight scenes have zero impact on society?

I haven't seen any punjabi movies. American I have seen 1 or maybe two like Taken and Taken 2 and I liked them a lot. More than the action I liked the relationship and love they showed between the father and the daughter...emotional.

People usually watch Indian movies In Pakistan. Or Indian star plus dramas, there are a few good and/or even bad things that people do pick from these dramas and all...but what you people are saying is really hard to achieve like curing/fixing the society through dramas...people are going to stop watching such preachy channels then.
How many people watch Qtv or Ptv these days? simply because of what they show?
