Performance reviews

Hello Everyone,I have a quick questions. What is the best way to put on your performance review that you have a trained a co-worker to your job responsbility and have also went through training for another person’s job responsibility.I am not sure how to best word this on my review as one of my accomplishments this year and any input would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

cover the following
- who did you train
- what were they trained on
- how long did it take, how much effort, and duration
- benefit to the company

and then same for yourself.

Now remember...dont just say what you did, but how you did it in a way that exceeded what was expected and the value it provided to company in the end.
