anyone would like to share a sample of questions that they use at their work to monitor their staff or to evaluate the success of their projects by the clients/ students/ patient or people who you do business with?

in my earlier jobs, we used to have online 360 tools to have evaluations done at multiple levels including your superiors, peers, and subordinates.

In my current job at the University, we have to file an annual update highlighting our research output, publications, curriculum development, academic service, and community service activities. This is in turn evaluated and cross checked by the Area Head and the Dean... and is sometimes followed up by a personal interview.
