What comes into your mind when you think of a perfect school environment? This includes Management Staff as well as the teachers.
As a Parent, What are your major concerns regarding the education and environment of the school?

I would say somewhere that challenges my child and makes her grow as a person. I don't mind if there are bullies and what not. I don't think a person grows without any conflicts and I would my child to be in a school where there are a wide range of people (races/religions) so she/he can learn from them and not just have one perspective in life.
Education wise no country is perfect thats why a parent should be able to supplement that and teach them new things or send them to cram school.
I do NOT want my child to rely on the calculator so I would be sending him/her to a cram school that would teach mathematics without melting my childs brain
