LP’s right. But there are days that are almost perfect.

I’d say a day spent with my family when I can take my mind off work-related stuff, is almost perfect.

Well let’s see… it would have to be a day off work of course; maybe a not too hot Summer day or a not too cool Autumn day. It would start with me getting to sleep in instead of getting up early to workout. Next a long walk with the dog… maybe past the Rodin Museum because that’s such a beautiful area of the city and he always finds good sticks over there. Next to a cafe for a cup of tea with a good book for a couple hours. Lunch would be a quick stop to me favourite food cart vendor or a small restaurant to meet up with a friend. Maybe then browse my favourite kitchen store, pick up a couple things at the market, and have a few friends over dinner. Day ends with some grilled s’mores on the roof deck over-looking the city. In a nutshell, a calm day in the city… mostly solitary ending with good friends, good food, and good conversation. I’m a simple, boring soul.

Haha! I never get a chance to do everything in that list! Timing never works out. Well compared to something as exciting as skydiving the day I described is super chill!!! Didn’t forget the music! What’s a good dinner party without music eh? You’d need to help me with the playlist. :k:
