What’s the percentage of hydroquinone that’s safe to use for around 6 months? The dermatologists here say 4% is ok : higher than that and it could go wrong. Is this correct? What do you peeps think.

2%-4%. But if you're doing peels/Retin A et......then I'd stick to 2% (personal opinion).
