and and and and lately I’ve had so much bad luck wiht them. it was so easy to use em at first but recently, they’re so sticky that I can barely take them apart and make proper food out of em

^^The puff pastry sheets..??..I think you are thawing them too much.Use them out of the fridge rather than being at room temp for too long,THey get hard to handle and too sticky that way.
