I made pepperoni pizza yesterday. I opened the packet it said consume within 72 hrs of opening the packet. I used some of it, and some is still in the fridge.
Any ideas how I can use those?

Use in sandwiches, or bake muffins with bits of pepporini in it.

Crackers topped with pepporoni, olives and cheese
Or Baigettes or however you spell 'em with pepporoni and whatever topping toped with melted cheese

"BEEF PEPERONI" was written on the packet.
Salami was different, so was sausage.
