Nobody’s saying SUE her… but complain against her to the management for harrassmnet and racism.
I understand your fear and it may seem scary at first but think of it this way, you don’t deserve to be treated like this. Ignoring her will just make you angry and miserable and retaliating in kind will get you in trouble.
If your reputation is so good, and there are no problems wiht your work or anything, then there is no reason for them to fire you.
If they fire you for filing a complaint, well then now you have a lawsuit on your hands.
