in our first programming course we had a pathan teacher who had an interesting pronounciation of semicolon. he pronounced semi ..seemi/sami and “colon” well there was a very significant pause between co and lon.

since semicolon is pretty important in C++ the lectures were very cringeworthy. “yahan bhi semi colon lagain, har line ke baad semi colon lagayain… aksar loge semi colon lagana bhool jatay hein…”
